4stay.com (4stay) and Riverside City College (RCC) have recently signed an official partnership agreement to assist RCC international students with finding off-campus housing.
Riverside City College is a public community college located in Riverside, Calif. With more than 20,000 students, the college is part of the Riverside Community College District and the largest California Community Colleges System. The college is also one of the oldest community colleges in California.
“4stay had an opportunity to meet with the International Department team of RCC at NAFSA Annual Conference this year,” said Faridun Nazarov, 4stay’s Co-Founder & COO. “At the event, RCC brought up their issues of international student housing to 4stay. Previously, RCC has been placing its international students with local host families, which was very time consuming and hard to manage.”
In October, after continued discussions about solutions for housing challenges, RCC agreed to partner with 4stay to provide greater options in off-campus housing. RCC will onboard all of their trusted hosts into 4stay’s booking platform (customized for RCC at rcchousing.4stay.com) and promote these services to students, parents, and student recruitment partners.
In the scope of this partnership, RCC will have access to a dashboard to monitor student requests for housing, dedicated customer service to answer students’ questions, a system to easily manage existing host families, and promote them with a single link to students.
“4stay is excited about this partnership,” said Nazarov. “It will open the doors for future partnership opportunities with other institutions in Riverside Community College District and California Community Colleges System.”
